This is accomplished at Polycraft by utilizing the microprocessor controlled closed loop injection moulding machines. With machine tonnages ranging from 25 to 200 tons of clamp force and shot sizes from as low as 1 gm to 450gms.

Mould Manufacturing

Our tooling department is considered by our customers to be the best source for manufacturing precision plastic injection moulds. Whether it is the medium hardened steel for Proto moulds or hardened steel for mass production moulds, our quick turnaround time help our customers to get new projects completed within required timeline.

Using the latest mould design concepts, our moulds are built with precision and made to last long. With in-house CNC Milling, EDM and Polishing, we have full control of the entire mould making process. Whether your need is for prototypes or mass production moulds, our toolroom is well adapted to the rigorous demands of tight tolerances and short lead-times of our customers.

CAD / CAM / CAE

In our Toolroom we have all latest edition software for designing, analysis & Manufacturing. For Manufacturing we are using Autodesk products powermill, powershape & Fusion 360 and designing we use solidworks of Dassault System product. For Analysis on plastic parts, we are using Moldflow analysis software of Autodesk product to study on the part process parameters, quality & feed system type before initiating the mould manufacturing process.
